Honestly. We owlbros need to pat ourselves on the back. For a popular Pokemon that was sabotaged every step of the way by Masuda and the Pokemon Company, Decidueye ended up doing pretty well, being the most popular Alola starter worldwide, getting into Pokken, and overall just being a neat Pokemon. It doesn't matter that Incineroar is in Smash. As soon as the next generation begins, everyone will have already forgotten about him. Meanwhile, Decidueye will stay in our hearts forever and be remembered as a cool Pokemon, and it couldn't have happened if it wasn't for all of our support!
