Gen 4 Battle Frontier

Let's discuss the Battle Frontier, with the twist being that it's the Sinnoh/Johto one, not the Hoenn one. I just got the Battle Tower and Hall gold prints. Anyone here beaten all of them or gotten all the Tower ribbons, including the Wi-Fi-only World Ability ribbon?

So far I have the Silver Prints in all five - I did that much mostly with my in-game team, but I just recently got around to building a more serious team (I'm too lazy for IVs and natures, but I did EV train... and I Shiny hunted two of the team members, so that was fun!), so I'm working on Gold now.
I almost made it to the Gold Print fight on the Castle a few times but fell short a bit before I made it to Darach. Of course I'm gonna keep trying, though! (The Castle is my personal favorite facility from Gen IV, which is why I'm doing it first - what are your favorites?)
