Good in Gen II meta, only really seems bad because Johto hates Grass types.

Ironically enough it probably the best starter in Colosseum and definitely the best grass type in the game. Of course the only competition are Skiploom (who still pretty good) and Sunflora (who's missable, endgame, and well Sunflora)

It and Umbreon can wall 3 out of the four Cipher Admins.

Yeah but in my head when I look at it I can't help but see the image of Meganium without the flower, doesn't help the fact the flower is quite bland too and look detachable.
The lack of anything on its head is also annoying as fuck, it looks like a chemio patient.

My first playthrough ever was Pokemon Crystal and I used this piece of shit.
