Absolutely nobody remembers Lickitung. It's on the same level as Misty's Horsea and Brock's Zubat before Johto when it comes to being a forgettable team member.

Lickitung was extremely forgettable. Jessie had it for nearly 100 episodes, but it only appeared in 17 of those.

Plus the Pokemon that replaced it (Wobbuffet) is way more popular than it ever was.
