Although I have to say that as for the friend I had, his problem is not recoverable. It's acne scarring, tons of frown lines for some fucking reason, glasses, thinner hair.
This guy here is overweight and pasty, his brother looks better than he actually is. If you cover up his older brother he's actually pretty average looking. The older brother aint gonna be that good with weight loss but at least theres no irreversible damage.
