Well this is it for me lads, in the last few gens I've been in a state of denial about the fact that I've gradually fallen out of love with the franchise's state.
In light of recent events I've come to the conclusion that there's no point in looking forward to new pokemon products as they are clearly no longer made to appeal to me. I will always love the first 5 generations of games and who knows, maybe someday I will return if Gamefreak's vision of the franchise changes, but for now it's goodbye.
