I assume it will have similar feats of mental Hulk-strength like how Misty's Psyduck did. Honestly, Psyduck is kinda like Donald Duck when you think about it in that regard. Cartoon ducks are at a pretty high level.

It's definitely one of the better designs but I hate how disheveled its feathers look, irl duck feathers are way smoother and just lay flat. I guess you could argue it's because psyducks life is suffering but it's still an ugly design choice.
