Buy any game that you want to play with friends/multiplayer for a while digitally.
Buy any single player campaigns physically so that you can turn that shit into GameStop or something

Pirate it. It's already hacked too so you can play a hack of it that has all the pokemon in it including Mew so you won't have to trade or buy the pokeball. You could also wait for a difficulty hack to come out.

I bought digitally because I want to play it at midnight when it drops instead of waiting for hours for my Amazon package to arrive or driving out into winter weather to buy it at a store. I'd rather just sit in bed and be warm and cozy.

For Switch games I go digital for games I want with me at all times, like Smash. I won't always be carrying LGPE around so I went with the physical version. Plus, I wanted the Poke Ball Plus so I went with that bundle.
