If they haven't showcased it by now, it's not in the games.
For whatever reason Kanto only has daytime unless you're playing a Johto game. But this time, there was no real excuse not to put in night because they did it for ORAS.

Masuda mentioned the reason ORAS didn't have it was because it wasn't part of the "theme". It was introduced in X/Y because the game was ""themed"" around beauty.

Because ORAS wasn't focused on beauty, it (and presumably SMUSUM and LGPE if not for mass disapproval) would've axed the feature like the many "one generation only" features before it.
