I'm going to assume Snorlax meat is like bear meat except more fatty. So the optimal way would either be trimming the fat and stewing it maybe in a Brunswick style or searing it to well done with lots of seasoning rub cause you sure as hell don't want to eat bear anywhere close to rare.

I mean I still don't think its a good idea its just that would be the optimal way to prepare a really really fatty bear. I guess you could use the fat trimmings to make grease to fry its own meat in. That would be more efficient but fried bear is kinda bad.
