Which of these is more challenging? And which would be more fun for a nuzlocke?

I’m only talking about beating them, not the post game.

Black and White have better pokemon variety but are piss easy, HGSS are only really harder because of the weird level curve

Challenge mode in BW2 would be most challenging, but out of the two you asked to pick from, I'd say probably HGSS. The level curve at the end of Johto is no joke, and I don't consider Kanto and Red post game, so that's a really difficult challenge as well.

Okay, then which one has the least amount of text/exposition?
I feel like I already know the answer is Black/White, but still. Haven’t played it since launch, but I remember it having a lot, though it can’t possibly be worse than Sun/Moon.

I can't remember really but I'm thinking HGSS.
In general there's a direct correlation between how far in the series you go and how much exposition the game force feeds you.
