>>36991718Mina had a much more minor role in the games due to quite literally not having a Trial in SM and sending you on a fetch quest around Alola with the other Trial Captains in USUM, and she never got much spotlight in the anime either when she did show up, plus it's hard to compete with characters who are in the anime's main cast 24/7, especially when there's three of them instead of the usual one or two.
