Red and Blue start off from Pallet Town with the high tech Pokedex. Red halts Team Rocket. Blue becomes champion, then loses to Red. Red goes on to train at Mt. Silver.
Yellow is canon due to Red having Pika and the three starters. Blue becomes gym leader. There is time travel.
