Get back to kanto, their is 8 gyms, but you only have access to 4, once beating all 4 you find a way back to kanto, all new mon's are aoutmaticly put into pc, and you start your adventure, in kanto, you have beat all 8 gyms there, you can go back to the new region, but evil team fucked it up and you don't have access to the 50% of the map, and no you never get access to the rest of it.
you also can't use the new Pokemon in kanto at all, only in the new region, doesn't matter if you completed it or not.
