New type of playthrough

I'm playing UM and have decided to only use Pokemon that have a final evolution with 400 or less total base points. There are only 8 Pokemon in the game that have this:
>Delibird
>Smeargle
>Ledian
>Ariados
>Sableye
>Mawile
>Luvdisc
>Ditto

Do you think it's possible to beat the game?
