That's something I wanted ever sense they went 3D, I feel like that type of camera makes the world feel bigger, and you can use the camera to obscure items unless you go out of your way to use to locate things, making it feel more rewarding to find stuff, even if it's just an item behind a crate or truck you normally won't see due to the camera position, unless you actively move it around to check your surroundings.
