Lol, no. MHW, while pretty mediocre in a lot of departments, is still a decent game and uses a completely different engine. LGPE is literally a fucking downgrade from gen 7 and uses gen 6 style of graphics and models, as well as going back to the grid system. There is absolutely no excuse for this regression.
