I've played enough pokemon games to know how they play and what features I like for them to have. It's a pokemon game in a region I know like the back of my hand and am sick of that replaces things I like in pokemon with things I don't like, and also cuts a bunch of stuff I liked and replaces them with nothing. It is shit.
There are also things about the game I can tell that I like despite not having played it, like fleshed out pokeride/pokemon following including being able to fly over buildings and obstructions in towns, getting max IVs being utterly trivial, and Green. I'm also open to the idea of the act of throwing a pokeball being somewhat skill-based rather than purely random with modifiers built into the pokeball, although I don't think wild battles should be removed and I don't like motion controls.
