Eelektross is gaining some traction in OU as a slow pivot because it has some good coverage, no weakness and a ground immunity and it's also pretty bulky with an Assault Vest.

Elektross is great in game, not over pokemon needs to be competitively viable. He evolves late becuase black and white Pokémon’s evolutions are designed to fit with the level curve when you encounter them. Having no weakness is fun. Stop whining
