One of the princes is one of the elite four and is the actual leader of Team Royale, the king had nothing to do with it all along. The prince wanted to obtain this ultra beast because it can kill people in it's dreams and he wants to become the king but his father has lived for 100 years now and still looks 40. He fails to catch it because he doesn't know what ultra beasts are.
>Introduces triple typing to the series. First typing has the most effect, second has medium effect and third has the least effect. Main legendaries are Fire/Rock/Dragon and Ice/Ghost/Dragon.
>Tertiary main legendary is Ground/Water/Dragon found in the north of the region. Requires you to have the legendary from the opposite game to access it.
>Completely revamps the way evolution works for many pokemon. The thing that slowbro and slowpoke have on them is introduced as a new pokemon and used to evolve it depending on if you're fishing or surfing when you catch it with Slowpoke at the front of your team (It uses up both pokemon in a fusion style manner).
>Rival is a girl named Emily, she's your cousin who's been living with you for the past year, due to her parents death at the hands of Team Royale. It seems she has a crush on you.
>Pokemon now let out a loud version of their cry when mega evolving. Mega evolved pokemon lose 10% HP each turn now.
