A large part of the English language comes from German, but if you say in English that you're giving someone a gift, you're not "objectively right" and everyone else "objectively wrong" if you mean poison and everyone else thinks gift. It's a really stupid perspective that no reasonable person would apply to anything else, so why is it so prevalent in this specific case? I'd argue the fact that they're switched makes it WORSE, not better - at least if you say Satoshi, people know whom you mean and don't have to wonder "is this person using their localized names or awkwardly switching to another language mid-sentence?"
