Will there be an update patch that includes all the 152+ Pokemon?

If so then I'm convinced to buy the game. If no then I skip to true Gen 8.

If it's for moments when you just want to grind levels, then I have no problem with that. But without the option to turn it off, you're forced to gain mass amount of experience for every situation, causing your entire team to be overleveled because of something that was out of your control.
