There seems to be a misconception going around that LGPE lets you skip cutscenes. Sorry to inform but that's WRONG. It only lets you skip the few CGI movies in the game. You remember those movies that play when you find the box legendary that they've had since BW? It's those type of movies. Regular cutscenes are still unskippable.
