Did Gen 7 even have any legendaries outside of the cover pokemon? Apparently the tapus don't count and shit like Zeraora and Marshadow are mythicals. Ultra Beasts are in their own separate class apparently as well.

I don't see the issue. When you add all the legendaries together (excluding the Ultra Beasts), they only make up 6% of the dex.

You know what? Legendaries would benefite the most from having regional variants? How the fuck is Zapdos the exact same in Alola and Kanto?

At least the legendary dogs have an excuse as they were revived by ho-oh and I could see them being related to the sword/musketeer trio in previous forms or something.
