Just imagine if you beat all trainers of a trainer class you were given that class's outfit to wear. For example if you defeated every swimmer in the game you could walk around in a bikini everywhere. Naturally the trainers are all rematchable every day (by request, they don't challenge you every time you walk past them because fuck that) so you can continue to face them while still wearing their outfit.
