Heatran has Flash Fire, Magma Storm, double Fairy resistance (and even 3 more double resistances), is immune to poison and is neutral to rock moves/hazards which already makes it an elite fire type. Zygarde didn't make Heatran fall and neither will Ash-Greninja.
