It would be 1.33 to complement the same sp d boost rock types get in a sandstorm.
Not bad choices. Now get to working for GF and fix this franchise inside out, THEN fix ice types.

Ice is now immune to itself, resists Water, Ground and Flying. It also might resist Grass if you found a way to not make that ruin Grass balance-wise

Buff Hail, buff stats, give better movepools, make more combinations, give resistances. That fixes Ice, on the other hand Bug is ultrafucked, same with Rock and god forbid they have decent special moves.
Slightly nerf ground and steel and make more poison moves, there, the game is fixed.
