>>37059525I'll never understand where this "cats don't listen to you" thing comes from. Absolutely all my cats look at me when called, and if I pat next to me they'll come to me no matter where they are, even if they were resting. They're extremely responsive. They're also very considerate, everytime I'm sad or with stomachache or whatever they'll immediately cuddle with me or give warmth to the aching area. Cuddliness varies from cat to cat, also whether or not they like to be held, but as long as you respect all of their individual boundaries they'll love and respect you too. Also some love being cuddled roughly as if they were dogs. I could go on, but my cats are way more loveable, playful, smart, etc. than any dog I've ever owned (and I gave them just as much love!), My current dog knows commands and I've even trained her to use the sand boxes when it's raining outside, but even so she's very uncaring, never responds or simply doesn't care, and is quite dumb honestly.
