I usually try to go for pokemon i never or barely use. obviously a bit difficult for gen 1 but the only ones i can remember using are eevee and venusaur.

i normally wouldn't use a legendary either but i just felt like doing it. just got the surf technique and went to the power plant immediatly.

Just got to Fuchsia City. The Ninetales I have out is a shiny I hunted for earlier (took about 14 hours).

Btw, you can't nickname the Alolan Ninetale.

Surprisingly not that bad of a game. Right now I'm before Erika, but I postponed the battle so I could have a full team.

Pidgeot is a route 1 shitmon I caught, the Mew is calm nature luckily, transferred a low level Kabuto from Go, the Reticate is a full odds shiny (even got extra lucky with jolly), Flareon was chained for IV (4iv without spe. attk) and Haunter as well, but I got a 6iv one by pure chance.

Levels are outdated since I'm still doing postgame stuff but this is my team. If I ever did another playthrough I would probably want to throw Alolan Raichu, Nintetails, and Vaporeon in there.

I'm only autistic enough to care about natures and gender. IVs only had 31 points per stat by the time you reach lvl 100 anyway.

Just beat Blaine and now we're backtracking a bit to take down Team Rocket at the Silph building. I actually wish I had gone and done Cinnabar before Fuschia just to fuck with the order of things some more, since you don't need Koga's badge to ride the waves anymore.
