Removal of Trade Evolutions, either make them an item, level, friendship or area required instead.
All Normal/Flying types having the Normal Type removed.
I want most Hold Items tied to Evolution to be removed so inventory isn't clogged up by 10+ items that only affect one Pokemon.
Expansion on moves affecting the battlefield like in X/Y, just make it a visual change, with the field getting wet or muddy, or burnt and even decimated.
More detail given to newer Pokemon, less cartoon like (Think Pidgey's feathers vs Fletchling's feathers etc)
More unique animations for using moves in battle (Pokemon kicking/punching when appropriate etc)
