1.Though LGPE is an absolute dumpster tier game, it has sucked in a lot of casual normies that will also buy the next game, even if they end up disliking it.
2. A significant portion of long-time Pokemon players have skipped LGPE, and will be foaming at the mouth for a true core entry.
3. The switch will still have less than 10 worthwhile games to play on it, leaving even those usually uninterested in Pokemon frothing for a new game.
They're still probably gonna be shit though.
