Do you think the special attacks from LGBT will ever be seen again? Could they work as signature moves for the eeveelutions?

Vaporeon - Bouncy Bubble (Water-type/Special damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Eevee recovers half the amount of damage dealt to the opponent)

Flareon - Sizzly Slide (Fire-type/Physical damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Always burns the target)

Jolteon - Buzzy Buzz (Electric-type/Special damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Always paralyzes the target)

Umbreon - Baddy Bad (Dark-type/Special damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Weakens opposing team’s Physical attacks)

Espeon - Glitzy Glow (Psychic-type/Special damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Weakens opposing team’s Special attacks)

Leafeon - Sappy Seed (Grass-type/Physical damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Damages the target a little every turn)

Glaceon - Freezy Frost (Ice-type/Special damage/90 power/100 accuracy/15 PP/Eliminates stat changes)

Only if they're learned by the evolutions they're supposed to represent. I mean, Baddy Bad Umbreon sounds annoying to deal with already, but imagine if you could still just teach all these moves to Eevee then evolve it like normal.

As long as they can only be learnt by the respective evolution I don't see why not. Eevolutions are absolute shitmons and a slightly better than normal signature isn't going to change that.

The others for the most part have access to moves that are almost or just as powerful in terms of base power anyway for the same attacking stats (Surf, Thunderbolt, Psychic, etc.) so the only redeeming factor would be the additional effects, some of which are quite overpowered. Then again, some of the Eeveelutions really need whatever they can get.

Yes, in a special Eevee from some event.

Yes, but I'd tone down their side-effects, like making the burn chances from Sizzly Fire 50%, that would make it a slightly different Sacred Fire.

I'd always keep them as Eeveelution exclusives as well.

What? Flareon already gets Flare Blitz, why would it want to use a worse Flamethrower?

I'm sorry, perhaps I worded that somewhat incorrectly. I meant to imply that even if the effect wasn't to always burn, say being reduced to normal burn chance, it would be a massive improvement.

Though, personally, it would still be something of an improvement even if it didn't have a secondary effect at all, in my opinion.

Flareon is a wallbreaker. It does nothing other than smash things as hard as it can. It would never purposefully choose to smash things less hard on the off chance that whatever it's smashing will smash it less hard in return.
