Also, they released it as a replacement for all three. They told their investers years ago it was their future.
Which makes perfect sense since they have a lock on the handheld side and were just wasting time trying to keep two seperate systems going, causing a drought when they focused on either one even though ostensibly the teams were seperate ones.
One single handheld system that can connect to your TV if you for some reason care about that was the perfect way to go about it. Especially with Sony having just half-assed and abandoned the concept.
