Can you really blame him? He's a Zoroark that was tricked into thinking that he was human, and then was raised around abused Pokemon and told lies all his life as his stepfather molded him all his life to turn him into a tool. He was told the worst of Pokemon and Human society so that he could be a useful but earnest fool who gets all the nations in the world to disarm the only thing they have to defend themselves. So that Gheighist would be the only one left with weapons of mass destruction.
