1. Fair enough, I hate not being able to just constantly have the mega. However it is sad when middle evolutions are made redundant and useless. On the bright side it allows everyone to have the best of both worlds.
2. These people need to get the fuck over themselves, they were given to genuinely liked pokemonthat deserved them. I get theyre sad that they made strong pokemon stronger, but stats are not the driving point for megas. Theyre for a special popular selection design wise and in almost every mega they improved the overall look on par with a legendary.

4. This is true, but like the answer in 2, almost every single mega was upgraded regardless of whether it was enough or not. Those with megas in general shouldn't really complain.
