Same model but instead of making good animations, good pose, better textures and overall less-retarded version of Venusaur, Gamefreak made an abysmal-tier 3D Venusaur while other companies like the ones who did XD, PBR, Pokedex 3D and Ga-Ole made good use of that model.

Please, anyone with few brain cells can see that Gamefreak sucks ass at doing just anything.

They get the exact same models from The Pokemon Company, retard. They're the ones who provide them, even to game freaks, nowadays. They're the same 3d model with different textures and shading, educate yourself on how graphics work.
