Mega Evolution to pseudo legendary are a mistake.
not only because they are ruining their design but because they are already are strong

Mega Tyranitar was done right.
Mega Metagross was done right.
Mega Garchomp was done right.
Mega Salamence should've had more investment in SpAtk, since Aerilate was already going to break it as a DD mon.

Mega evolving a Pokémon with 600 base stats was a mistake

Mega evolutions should have been handed out to shitmons, not make the most powerful Pokémon even stronger.

I was talking statwise. Out of all these Megas, designwise, Mega Tyranitar is the only one I like since it follows through with its metamorphosis further. I would've liked Mega Metagross if it weren't always in hovercraft mode and could turn into a full spider.

Salamance original design felt too cumbersome, the dude looked way too fat for those flat and small (in proportion with the rest of his body), meanwhile MegaMence looks like a fucking menace with those badass Crescent moon wings that actually make sense to make the guy fly and not just look like he's floating like an inflated balloon.
