Last time I saw damage control to this level was back in the old Mass effect threads on /v/ are people serious about this stuff or are they just trying to bait a reaction?

See this is what I mean. All these defence posts sound Exactly the same.
Maybe I'm just being paranoid but I don't see people mad that it's gen one I see people giving valid complaints and this is the kind of reaction they get.
Even you have to admit, we have had to much gen 1 after 5 games and 2 re releases.
