It's because they refuse to innovate as a company and don't put passion into their work. Everything feels like a soulless cash grab now. Put quality over quantity instead of rushing out what you think best fits the trends. We need an indie dev to put 4+ years into a successful monster raising game so that they'll learn to listen.
