I like it, but it needs more work. The concept is fine, but it needs some refining.

There are some glaring issues like your starter being way too strong and has way too varied a moveset. Learning a fighting move before Brock and lightning before Misty is one thing, but it needs to start pushing you to more party focused play after that.
