Why is pokemon the only main franchise in Smash with absolutely no representation of it's spin-off whatsoever ? Even Pikmin got a Hey! Pikmin remix trown in there.

Detective Pikachu is a Spirit, there’s that at least.
Honestly I don’t see how they can represent a Pokémon spin off in a way other than music or Spirits, the most notable ones, Mystery Dungeons, have nothing notable about them to represent, unless they add that one specific Grovyle.

As you said, they can represent them trough musics and even Mystery Dungeon got some characters other than Grovyle that could be added as spirits (Wigglytuff for exemple).

That's literally the only thing I want. Primal Dialga's theme is so iconic yet not a single remix in any Smash. Imagine giving it the same treatment Unova Route 10 got!

Most other games don't have as many main title games as Pokemon so they need spinoffs for some more content.

The other thing with Pokemon is that its spin off games are marginally popular compared to the mainline. I mean the sales of Mario Kart and Party easily rival that of the "main line" Mario games.
