Why Gamefreak made Stealth Rock available in LGPE but removed every way to remove it?
They literally wanted to make Charizard and Moltress so useless in this game.

Game is not intended for battling, battles are just a legacy feature to relive the classic plots. If you play LGPE for the battles you're playing the wrong game.

Rapid Spin and Defog are both absent from LGPE, and Stealth Rock is a TM.

Once Stealth Rock goes up, there's no way to remove it.
