He is an extremely simple design that still conveys a ton of character. I also love Haunter, but Gengar switching to using his feet makes him suddenly feel more grounded and powerful to me. His mega takes this a step farther to great effect.

Ghosts were meant to be a counter to Psychics, but Gamefreak messed up the coding and made Lick not work instead, in addition to not adding enough moves.
