So....I've had this half-baked idea for awhile. I don't see anyone else speak about it, so it's probably a little out of left field, but what if there were a Chaos Type, or Chaotic Type? I know it sounds weird, but so did Fairy at first.

I'm not completely sold on this new Type, myself. Especially since some Pokémon who definitely would BE this Type if only it were implemented earlier in the series, like Exeggutor, Sigilyph or Hydreigon, wouldn't likely drop their current typings for it now, to become Grass/Chaotic, Chaotic/Flying and Chaotic/Dragon respectively.

So Chaos/Chaotic is essentially the opposite of, and counterpart to, the Normal Type -- basically the "Abnormal" Type, or "Wild Card Type". It describes Pokémon who have powers that invoke craziness, randomness, confusion, disorder, probability, instability, entropy, physics-breaking and mass havoc. It does not embody mere violence, though like the aforementioned Hydreigon that can be an aspect of it.
