If you're thinking about using the mons in that banner, you can forget it. Raikou is outclassed by MegaManectric and Zeraora, while Arcanine is utter garbage.

Heracross is fine though.

Don't take the exact positions on the rankings as absolute gospel, but this thread is good for beginners to get a general idea of what's good. Bisharp dropped recently if you want to use that, works well on fast teams and teams with Spikes.
