Anyways Synchronoise is worse since it only works against Pokémon of your own type, meaning it has a 17/18 chance of failing (16/18 if you're dual type) and it's also likely to be not very effective if you get STAB on it since Psychic resists Psychic.Even with its BP buffed to 120 you're still better off using, say, Confusion.
