Everyone else who joined in past gen 2 is not wrht appealing to in their opinion is what it feels like
when was the last time there was any gen 2 or gen 4 pandering, I can't remember
And for someone like me who watched the gen 1 show growing up, because im not american, much later than it aired, during the age of gen 3 emulation
I have fond memories for both kanto and hoenn, but the pandering is getting sickening, I have so many good memories of getting immersed in Platinum and White 2, and building a team of all new alolan pokemon with no exp share only to take 4 tries to beat the champion in the end
It was fun
For lets go i tried to go with shitmons, because I knew the game was going to be super easy
Seaking, Fatfetch'd, Beedrill, Jynx, Electrode and the acursed Eevee, cause i though it will be shit
But they all ended up being overleveled and I never exp grinded
and the champion was the easiest battle I had, my Beedril stayed on 1 hp and kept absorbing attacks with love, wtf is that
Beating blue right after that was probably the most fun as I lost twice, but thats the post game
