JonTron was going to be on it, but hadn't paid to do so and was never put in due outrage.
Chibi (Infamous "Speedrunner" who shares some traits with Velis, like the collar) was going to do it, but was talked out of it.
I never heard anything about Verlis doing Yooka Laylee VAing before so it sounds like someone is confusing him with chibi.
