You've been given control of the Pokemon series and are allowed to make any changes you like to the video games. What would you do with your new found power?
> I would semi reboot the series in a new region
> Three year development period where the core team works on the main series game while junior developers pump out let's go titles to satisfy the masses and gamefreak's wallet
> Story driven jrpg that isn't a rehash of the same story we've seen a hundred times
> Pokedex cleanup. Remove a ton of garbage Pokemon. This will anger some people but it's worth it. 300-400 Pokemon max.
> New design language for Pokemon that abandons the baby looking designs of gen 5+ and returns to a more child friendly "monster" design of the earlier gens
> Reintroduce gender differences
> Remove Amie if it takes up too much resources. Leave it in otherwise.
> Introduce proper battle animations in the style of the genius sonority games
> No Z moves
> Proper mega evolution distribution. Megas for Pokemon in low tiers not for the popular Pokemon
> Fewer legendaries per gen. Gen 6 had a good amount
> Event legendary story events. Unlocked as DLC to prevent dataminers from getting early access
> Hard mode or scaling difficulty. Preferably the latter
> Walking Pokemon (honestly the only thing I want)
> Fully controllable camera
> Elite 4 do not specialize in certain types but specialize in strategies
