>>37100324If it makes you feel any better OP, I was once on a road trip with my family in Wisconsin. I was in junior high at the time, playing Pokemon Emerald in the back seat. We pulled over to some rest station in the middle of nowhere, the only car in the lot. After doing my business like a champ, I come out to find my sister crossing her arms and giving me her best glare.
"Anon, be more careful! Your game fell out!" She scolded me and handed me a game cartridge: Pokemon Emerald. I was stunned; how had that happened? I hadn't taken the game out or anything when I had turned the system off.
So I got in the car, and what do you know - it was a completely different copy of Emerald. The guy had been up to Fortree City with a pretty lame team, just short of challenging the gym. And now he'll never get the chance - I used that cart for so much duping and trading, and still play on it today.
The moral of the story is, you may be feeling unhappy, but try to imagine the happiness that finding your cart will bring someone else.
